ACQUISITION THROUGH THE WEEK

Continued registrations to follow up with.

The purple image generated all 28 reported leads and received 86.7% of the main campaign’s spend this week. The next priority is consistent follow-up with existing leads and reviewing the three new video recordings.

The main campaign generated more leads with 7.2% less spend. A smaller share of ad views led to clicks, but those clicks cost less. One reported purchase is a positive signal to verify; it does not yet show consistent purchase performance.

REVENUE & PROGRAM SALES

Weekly revenue completes the picture.

ROAS October 19–25 revenue needed

To include ROAS, we need weekly revenue from ad-generated consultation and program sales, with refunds noted. Please separate it from other business revenue.

For October 12–18, the Perrys reported $0 in consultation and program sales from ads. Compared with that week’s $776.75 spend, gross weekly receipts/spend were 0.0x. A separate $3,358 refund related to an earlier enrollment.

That is a calendar-week receipts comparison, not the eventual return from customers acquired that week. October 19–25 revenue is awaiting an update, not assumed to be zero. Meta’s purchase event does not establish the amount collected.

Next asset work

The Perrys said they would prioritize the work Tuesday morning after travel. Receipt, review and launch timing still need confirmation.

THE CURRENT PRIORITIES

Prepare the recordings. Put follow-up in place.

04 / NEXT STEPS
01Prepare

Review the three new videos

Receive and review the new recordings, then confirm the campaign build and launch date. Keep the current campaign paused until the restart is agreed.

02Follow through

Work the existing leads

Confirm the email/SMS sequences are ready and going out consistently. Check the destination, offer and purchase tracking before restarting spend. Completion of the earlier tracking-workflow restoration has not been confirmed.

03Complete the picture

Confirm revenue and the purchase

Match October 25’s reported purchase event to a real customer payment and provide October 19–25 consultation/program revenue and refunds. Use confirmed sales alongside ad results to guide the next budget decision.

How to read this dashboard Dates, attribution, definitions & limits

Source & dates

Read-only Meta reporting for VR Ad Account, in USD and America/New_York. Week: October 19–25; prior: October 12–18; thirty days: September 26–October 25; refresh: October 15–25. October 26 partial delivery is excluded.

Attribution

Ad sets use 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video-view attribution. The connector does not expose a reporting override. These figures are not independently reconciled last-click/date-of-click results. Outbound CTR and click cost use nonunique outbound metrics.

What counts

Leads and website purchases are Meta-reported events. Purchases do not establish unique paid consult customers, booked calls or program enrollments. “None reported” preserves an empty event field; a dash is an unavailable numeric value. Purchase CPA is spend divided by reported purchase events.

Revenue updates are client-reported calendar-week receipts. Prior-week refunds from an older enrollment are shown separately, without attributing them to that week’s ad spend.

Decisions & reconciliation

Revenue for the current week is awaiting an update, so no current ROAS or profitability conclusion is shown. Account, campaign, delivered-ad and daily totals reconcile across all four reporting windows. No other client’s benchmark is applied.

This is a dated report refreshed on Mondays, not a live feed. Only aggregate data and approved creative are published; prior snapshots remain available.
