ACQUISITION THROUGH THE WEEK
Continued registrations to follow up with.
The purple image generated all 28 reported leads and received 86.7% of the main campaign’s spend this week. The next priority is consistent follow-up with existing leads and reviewing the three new video recordings.

Main campaign paused October 25 at 4:16 p.m. Eastern; retargeting has been paused since October 16 and had no delivery this week. A dash preserves a missing source value. The new $75/day video campaign has not launched, and the proposed $25/day image budget has not been implemented.
TRAFFIC CONTEXT · MAIN CAMPAIGN
Lower costs for ad views and clicks.

The main campaign generated more leads with 7.2% less spend. A smaller share of ad views led to clicks, but those clicks cost less. The three client-reported consult purchases add useful business context. Their relationship to the reported ad events is being checked before assigning revenue to individual ads.
REVENUE & PROGRAM SALES
$171 in reported consultation revenue.
For October 19–25, the Perrys reported three paid consultations totaling $171 and no program enrollments. $171 divided by $648.40 in ad spend is 0.26x. This compares reported consultation revenue with the same week’s spend; it is not verified ad-attributed ROAS.
For October 12–18, the Perrys reported $0 in consultation and program sales from ads. Compared with that week’s $776.75 spend, gross weekly receipts/spend were 0.0x. A separate $3,358 refund related to an earlier enrollment.
Website purchases were reported through UID4 after registration. Original acquisition and overlap with Meta’s one purchase event are being reconciled. This update did not specify refunds, fees or separate program installment receipts. No revenue has been allocated to individual ads.
OCTOBER 15–25 · REFRESH RESULTS
The proven angles guide three new scripts.
The four ads introduced October 15 spent $998.40 through October 25. The purple image received 89.0% and generated 38 leads plus one purchase event. All four are now paused with the campaign. Three new video scripts are ready for recording; they are separate from the videos shown below.

WHAT CHANGED, AND WHEN
A clear timeline for the next launch.
Webinar CTA & fall offer
Webinar CTA moved from 12.5 to 8 minutes; promotion changed from summer to fall.
Four-ad creative refresh
Two videos, the thyroid MSL and purple image replaced the outgoing main ads.
Retargeting paused
DTO/retargeting was intentionally paused; current Meta status confirms it remains paused.
Order page & fall banner
Price/value box restored below deliverables, clearer deliverables heading, and the selected fall banner with FALLREVIVAL. These changes are not proof of subsequent sales lift.
Three new videos based on past winners
One directly adapts the winning thyroid image. Two build on the historical supplement video. The proposed relaunch allocation is $25/day for the image campaign and $75/day for the three new videos; it is not yet live.
Main campaign paused
Advertising paused while new recordings, a new campaign and consistent follow-up sequences are prepared. Existing leads remain available for follow-up.
Three paid consultations added
The Perrys report $171 from three paid consultations for October 19–25 and no enrollments. Their website purchase route and Meta event overlap are being reconciled.
UID4 purchase tracking
Keep the website funnel separate. The Perry team will confirm UID4 matches the sanitized UID1 version, check the missing pixel and CAPI completed-payment coverage, and ensure purchases count once. Drew’s office hours are available for help. No fix is confirmed yet.
New recordings
The Perrys said the new recordings would be sent Tuesday. Receipt, review and launch timing still need confirmation.
Black Friday offer and follow-up
Fall sale ends November 2. Coupon banner and email/SMS blasts are planned to switch to Black Friday messaging November 3; the Perrys confirmed the blast updates can be ready.
THE CURRENT PRIORITIES
Prepare the videos. Verify the purchase tracking.
Review the three new videos
Receive and review the new recordings, then confirm the campaign build and launch date. Keep the current campaign paused until the restart is agreed.
Work the existing leads
Confirm email/SMS sequences are going out consistently. Prepare the Black Friday coupon banner and blast messaging for November 3, following the fall sale’s November 2 end.
Check UID4 tracking
The Perry team needs to confirm UID4 matches sanitized UID1, check its pixel and CAPI purchase coverage, and prevent duplicate counts. Drew’s office hours are available for help. Match the three reported payments to their original sources and Meta’s event; confirm any refunds or additional receipts.
How to read this dashboard Dates, attribution, definitions & limits
Source & dates
Read-only Meta reporting for VR Ad Account, in USD and America/New_York. Week: October 19–25; prior: October 12–18; thirty days: September 26–October 25; refresh: October 15–25. October 26 partial delivery is excluded.
Attribution
Ad sets use 7-day click, 1-day view and 1-day engaged-video-view attribution. The connector does not expose a reporting override. These figures are not independently reconciled last-click/date-of-click results. Outbound CTR and click cost use nonunique outbound metrics.
What counts
Leads and website purchases are Meta-reported events. Purchases do not establish unique paid consult customers, booked calls or program enrollments. “None reported” preserves an empty event field; a dash is an unavailable numeric value. Purchase CPA is spend divided by reported purchase events.
Revenue updates are client-reported calendar-week receipts. Prior-week refunds from an older enrollment are shown separately, without attributing them to that week’s ad spend.
Decisions & reconciliation
The October 26 client update adds three paid consultations and $171 in reported receipts. The 0.26x figure is consultation receipts divided by same-week spend, not verified ad-attributed ROAS. Tracking review and source reconciliation remain open; do not add client purchases to Meta event counts. Account, campaign, delivered-ad and daily totals reconcile across all four reporting windows. No other client’s benchmark is applied.
This is a dated report refreshed on Mondays, not a live feed. Only aggregate data and approved creative are published; prior snapshots remain available.
